All churches must address the issues of safety and security. 

Location, environment, architecture and facility usage are concepts ported from the business and commercial world. However, those working to create safe and secure facilities to be used by churches as places of worship, discipleship, ministry, mission, and fellowship have additional concerns that are unique to churches. Both missonal and theological questions must be addressed.
